13. How do we use Artificial Intelligence?

We leverage artificial intelligence technology to enhance our client experience and operational efficiency. We utilize artificial intelligence to generate creative ideas, streamline workflows and processes, and simplify tasks that do not involve personal data or sensitive information. While we use artificial intelligence to provide suggestions for improving copy once it has been human-generated, we do not use artificial intelligence tools to write or proof copy.

We believe humans can only proficiently perform these types of skills due to the nuances in language, marketing innovation required, privacy concerns, and compliance with copyright and trademark laws. This approach allows us to improve service quality and innovation, ensuring that our use of artificial intelligence aligns with our commitment to ensuring client confidentiality, maintaining ethical standards, and preserving the intellectual property rights of the assets we generate on behalf of our clients.

The artificial intelligence tools we can include ChatGPT, JasperAI, Claude, Gemini, Bing AI, and others. This is not an exhaustive list, as we are testing new artificial tools as they become available.
